This is one of the worst agencies.
Ms Digna does not care about the patients needs and wants
She will take the aides sides over the patients
However,the aides do have great Time Management skills

Don't know why such bad reviews i have never had a problem .Everyone is ver helpful.Mrs Williams is always willing to help.If she is not available she gets back to me as soon as sje can.

I am sad to read all the negative reviews. I worked for this agency back in 2010, and can honestly say, while under the administration of Aida Salinas, this agency was the best back then. I do not know what has changed since then, as I no longer live in the area, and resigned in 2011, but I am hoping the negative reviews get acknowledged in order to clarify all the concerns :(
