“Nikia is caring and very knowledgable! Even before I signed any contract or paid for any serivices, she spoke on the phone with me multiple times listening to my situation. I required the service of developing an appeal letter for a prior authorization for a specailty medication. Previously I had recieved multiple denial letters from my insurance company even after I switched to the brand of drug they requested. Nikia's process was simple and easy. My case qualified as urgent in which I heard back from her within THREE DAYS with an approval letter from my insruance company! After months of struggling and doing this work on my own. I was shocked and beyond releived. She sent the document right to my email so that I could distribute as needed. Could not have had a better experience. Would highly reccomend her!”

“ABC Services are so wonderful to work for. Very nice and sweet staff.. Especially Bradley.. He’s very knowledgable about the company, the history of it and who holds what position. He definitely knows where you need to go with any particular issue. He’s super hands on but is also very humorous and intelligent. He made my onboarding process really smooth when I started approximately 3 months ago… He’s such an asset to ABC.. I think we need more “Bradley’s” in the world… The caregivers do wonderful jobs taking care of the clients so that they can live a longer and with a better quality of life as much as possible.”
