It's almost one year since we used Visiting Angels services. Kate was always available and reassuring about our coverage. Suezzy, Marleen and Erica provided patient and kindhearted care for our nonagenarian Aunt. This care began at the height of the pandemic when she had fallen in the basement doing laundry. From that time until her death in March 2023, we were never without an Angel in her home, 24 hours/day and 7 days/week. They were the eyes and ears contacting us about any concerns or subtle changes in her well being.
We were so pleased with our experience working with Visiting Angels. Our dad's health had rapidly declined over the last year. However, he was not ready to move out of his home of 45 years and into an assisted living home. Visiting Angels allowed for him to remain in his home, have daily companionship, have help around the house and have help with daily living. We were able to sleep at night knowing that he was cared for and safe. We would highly recommend Visiting Angels to anyone looking for a caregiver for their loved ones.
My family is grateful for Visiting Angels. We live so far away from our Aunt and the Visiting Angels have been essential in helping us navigate what feels like an impossible situation at times. Most importantly, my Aunt and her caregiver have made a sincere and strong connection. We all feel so supported by this wonderful organization.
