NYU Langone Medical Associates—Bronxville

Had my first appointment today. The experience is the best I have had in all my years seeing doctors. Front desk staff attentive and caring and fast and capable. Got me checked in fast. Rebecca was my nurse and she was kind and thorough and efficient. Dr Kwok herself also really thorough and nice and knowledgeable. Everyone I worked with was stellar. They are obviously a busy practice because they treat their patients with great care and respect. It doesn't surprise me that it takes months to get an appointment. If you are in the market for a stellar PCP, I highly recommend Dr Kwok!

Although getting a sooner than later appointment can be difficult, it is always worth the wait. Dr. Strauss is terribly missed by our family but Dr. Kwak is a worthy replacement. Love it here!
