“I have been going to a chiropractor for over 10 years to help with my scoliosis and with every pregnancy continued my care. I have never experienced what I have experienced with Dr. Tony and his team. The minute you enter the office it’s such a welcoming environment. All of these years I’ve always had pain but within one month of consistently going to this office I have been getting better and better. My husband led me to Dr. Tony and that has been the best decision of my life. I had lost the feeling in my right leg and couldn’t walk. “As someone who has been going to Montefiore hospitals their whole life, I can confidently say this is the best medical office I have ever been to! All the staff and nurses are kind, caring, and attentive. The real highlight of the office is Dr. Kseniya Kobets. I suddenly developed some serious acne in my adulthood and Dr. Kobets helped clear it up so efficiently and effectively. It was my first time visiting a dermatologist and I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Kobets talked me through all the medications I needed and I could tell she truly wanted me to get better. After less than a year I can say my skin is better than ever and it is all thanks to her! I never thought my skin would go back to how it was before I developed severe acne, but Dr. Kobets made it better than ever before. Truly an intelligent and kind doctor who makes time for her patients and really takes care of them.“

“This was a nice and professional office to get a mammogram at. The check-in is efficient and courteous, and they offer pleasant private changing rooms. The tech was pretty businesslike when doing her work, but she was professional as well. Overall, while getting your breasts squished between panes of glass isn't the most comfortable experience in general, they do a good job of making it a s good experience as they can.“

“Anchor Health Initiative (AHI) is a lifesaver, no kidding! I was referred here for Hormone Replacement Therapy, despite already having an HRT doctor, because while my former provider was well meaning and willing to learn, her experience with transgender guy patients was extremely limited. After a frustrating first year of HRT, coming to AHI felt like a dream come true.Being transgender, there are not many healthcare facilities that are truly inclusive to the core. Many practices are well meaning and try to be LGBTQ+ friendly, but there's a difference between "trying" and "being". AHI is a multispecialty practice by & for the LGBTQ+ community, specifically. *That* is where you'll notice the difference. Respecting your name, pronouns, & your chosen terms for your body come standard here. No more reminding the staff every time you see them what's going on, because great care is placed in regards to respecting patients' identity. They're also multi-specialty. They offer inclusive reproductive care, primary care, informed consent HRT, PrEP, HIV/AIDS care, psychiatric services, an onsite pharmacy and more. It's super convenient to be able to have an appointment with my HRT doc or psychiatrist, then any prescriptions are quickly and automatically sent to their own pharmacy. The pharmacy does next day mail-order Rx through UPS. Getting prescriptions is super easy and painless, as is getting an appointment virtually or in office.Living close to an hour away from the actual practice, I do all of my healthcare appointments via telehealth (video). If I need to do bloodwork, they partner with Quest Diagnostics, so all I have to do is stop by a Quest before my bloodwork requiring appointment. Like I said, it's super easy to do.The staff, like I said, is extremely LGBTQ+ inclusive, and many of the staff are LGBTQ+ themselves. If you're sick of being treated as "less than" by your doctors, this place is worth a try. I guarantee you'll like it. They also take most insurances, including Medicaid.“
“On time. Friendly. However since they are used to sharing their instructions several times a day they talk too fast. When you ask them to repeat it they speed through it again and say' "you'll get all of this in writing." But I still want time to process the information and have my questions answered. Otherwise a normal tele-health appointment.“
“This was my first time having my exam at EHE Stamford and I am beyond impressed. The staff were so tentative and professional! The office was very clean and organized and the location was perfect! Parking was available at no cost to me. From the moment I walked in I was valued. All of my needs were met and beyond exceeded. Dr. Hilmi was wonderful! “I have had a great experience with the VA staff in general. Scheduling has never been a problem and they send me plenty of reminders. Everyone I've interacted with seems to take their job seriously, and really cares.I'm writing this review primarily because of a specific recent experience:At my appointment I had blood drawn and a flu shot.When I was scheduling my next appointment in the lobby, I started to feel extremely dizzy and lightheaded. I'm stubborn, and I was in the infantry, so I tried to tough it out. I figured if I could just finish my scheduling I could just go pass out in my car in private.One of the staff members noticed and immediately took me to the back of the clinic. They took my vitals, gave me water, and sat me down.All of the staff were caring and showed compassion the entire time. I felt bad for inconveniencing everyone but they would not accept any of my apologies.I'm very grateful for the way I was treated. I was very embarrassed but was given dignified, understanding treatment that anyone in a similar situation would be fortunate to receive.“

“I can't say enough about Dr. James Isbell, Surgeon and Dr. Fernando Santini, Medical Oncologist at Sloan Kettering in Westchester.My husband had to be treated there and from the very beginning to now, the excellent care of the doctors and their staff were outstanding. Very communicative when the surgery was over, many calls to follow up on him, schedule follow up appointments, the portal which has all his test information, to the welcoming staff when you arrive, including the security guard. The care my husband had by his doctors and staff was beyond any of our expectations. They saved my husbands life and we are forever grateful. They are truly a world class facility.“

“We visited cranial technologies for our son's plagiocephaly when he was 4 months. I can honestly say that we couldn't have even dreamt of better experience than what we had.We had Allison as our primary contact and she is an amazing person. My baby would light up everytime he saw her. She was so gentle with him and he loved going for his weekly appointments. She was very informative and always helping us with our concerns. We were actually a little sad when we finished, because we won't see her every week anymore.At the reception, Nancy was a gem. She helped us navigate through the process and scheduling and was always ready to accommodate us.On our last day, they even gave my baby a diploma of graduation and the whole office came to congratulate him. They truly made us feel special and made the extremely tough process way easier.“

“I had to make a series of visits to this walk in clinic, as I was suffering a skin infection that required several follow ups. It's nice and shiny and clean, and very brand new. The admins and nurses here were really great, and the doctor I was visiting was great! A lot of urgent care/walk in clinics feel a bit shabby/fly be night, but this one is very professional and comfortable. If I am in need of a future urgent care visit, I'll definitely come here in the future.“
