Doctor doing annual physical only had me remove my shirt. What about the lower part of my body? A lot could be wrong there. Sometimes kids in hallway of exam rooms. What is that? Employees kids? Doctor left Optimus and I was assigned another Primary Care Doctor. Not a word from her in over two years. I would look elsewhere.

I would not recommend this facility to no one.when you have your employees letting patience know that doctors are over book..it's time to go...found a GREAT facility that values my opinion...I would recommend anyone to Dr.Moore..you walked through the door you felt the professionalism from the front desk until you exit...besides my last doctor in New York it's the first time I felt comfortable.my initial visit took longer than a yearly physical

Stay away from this place if you can -- and I understand that they serve a part of the community that may not be insured through employers/etc. I chose it because it was close to work and I hadn't been to a doctor since I moved to Stamford 2 years ago. My hangup was with my particular physician and the process that is akin to a game of telephone when trying to communicate with her. We talked about putting me on a medication I have previously been on and she agreed to call it in. I got to the pharmacy to discover she had swapped it for one with basically zero efficacy on me. Try it again, I said to myself. Maybe it'll work. It didn't help and the symptoms actually got worse. When I called to speak with my doctor, I was given a call back by a nurse. Who then relayed the info to the doctor and then it was the nurse who called me back to tell me what the doctor had said. Akin to a circus. I informed them I'd be finding a new physician and can't recommend this facility to anyone who has another option.
