“When Darcy, the representative from BuildPros, came to my door, I took the opportunity to get a quote. Right from the start there was never any pressure. Darcy was patient and accommodating with any questions I had during the decision making process and my quote was in line with the other companies I considered. On the scheduled day the work was to be done, everything went like clockwork. A dumpster was dropped off, materials delivered and the crew arrived and began work. Their work was fast, efficient and thorough. “We had several quotes to refinish our red oak hardwood floors after 25 years in our home. Tom was very informative on using an oil based poly or Bona AmberSeal and water based poly over it. He came to our home and actually put both samples on our floor so we could see the difference. It was evident that Tom and his son Nick LOVE what they do and that was another reason we went with Precision.

He and his crew were here for 3 days and did a wonderful job! They showed up on the dot when they said that they would, worked efficiently, and minimized the disruption of our lives. They covered everything with plastic so there was very little dust from the sanding of the floors. They cleaned up after the sanding, wiping everything down and vacuuming.
