“This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you”
“When Darcy, the representative from BuildPros, came to my door, I took the opportunity to get a quote. Right from the start there was never any pressure. Darcy was patient and accommodating with any questions I had during the decision making process and my quote was in line with the other companies I considered. Once the decision was made to go with BuildPros, Damon from the service department came by to take a more detailed look at what I had and answered some specific questions and concerns about the Installation.
On the scheduled day the work was to be done, everything went like clockwork. A dumpster was dropped off, materials delivered and the crew arrived and began work. They were focused, coordinated and worked diligently from start to finish. As soon as the removal process started, workers on the ground began to cleanup the materials from the old roof. Their work was fast, efficient and thorough. Not only was Darcy in touch with me and available during the installation, he also visited the job site, as did Damon and Kevin (the owner), to be sure everything was going as it should.
All my interactions with the people at BuildPros were professional and pleasant. Reflecting on my experience, it was clear that they valued and appreciated my business. If you are in the market for a new roof I would strongly recommend you talk to BuildPros.”
