“Just had these guys install LVT in our basement. Josh, the owner, came promptly to give an estimate which was *significantly* cheaper than others. I was a bit worried, but reviews were good; that turned out to be a correct omen.<br><br>The crew were speedy, friendly, and highly organised; the work looks as good as I could have hoped and took half a day vs the two days that others had suggested. I would not hesitate to recommend them; very nice job.”
“When Darcy, the representative from BuildPros, came to my door, I took the opportunity to get a quote. Right from the start there was never any pressure. Darcy was patient and accommodating with any questions I had during the decision making process and my quote was in line with the other companies I considered. Once the decision was made to go with BuildPros, Damon from the service department came by to take a more detailed look at what I had and answered some specific questions and concerns about the Installation.<br><br>On the scheduled day the work was to be done, everything went like clockwork. A dumpster was dropped off, materials delivered and the crew arrived and began work. They were focused, coordinated and worked diligently from start to finish. As soon as the removal process started, workers on the ground began to cleanup the materials from the old roof. Their work was fast, efficient and thorough. Not only was Darcy in touch with me and available during the installation, he also visited the job site, as did Damon and Kevin (the owner), to be sure everything was going as it should.<br><br>All my interactions with the people at BuildPros were professional and pleasant. Reflecting on my experience, it was clear that they valued and appreciated my business. If you are in the market for a new roof I would strongly recommend you talk to BuildPros.”

“Absolutely loved the finished product of our 20 year old floors. I had estimates from 3x contractors. Beaudoin's was not only the best value, they expalined the entire process and howlong it would take. One estimate which was the most expensive by a $1,000 said this would only take 1 day to complete. Understanding what I learned this is most definetely NOT a 1 day prcess. The floors look absolutely amazing and as I said 20 years old, and I have 4x dogs, and floors were pretty bad, not anymore. Honestly if you looking for getting your floors sone RIGHT, this is the place to go. Thank you so much.”

“This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you”
“The floors (COREtec Warwick Maple) came out better than I expected! I'm very happy with American Flooring and their employees, the price, and time in which they were able to start and finish the job. I have a few small critiques, but overall I am thrilled. The new floors make such a difference in my home. Brendan was a delight. Very professional and respectful, and called me on day 1 of the project and quickly stepped me through what they would be doing, gave me ballpark on when they would be complete and what to expect.”
