Just had these guys install LVT in our basement. Josh, the owner, came promptly to give an estimate which was *significantly* cheaper than others. I was a bit worried, but reviews were good; that turned out to be a correct omen.
The crew were speedy, friendly, and highly organised; the work looks as good as I could have hoped and took half a day vs the two days that others had suggested. I would not hesitate to recommend them; very nice job.
Two guys show up on a Thursday morning. I remove the exist moulding around a 2460 sq ft banquet hall. These same two guys flash patched the existing floor in many spots, put down a vapor barrier, cut down two banquet doors to clear the new flooring, installed 2460 sq ft of snap lock flooring, put on all new base moulding, and thresholds in7 doors and installed 1/4” around 3 square columns, and cleaned up all in a day and a half! I strongly recommend Advanced flooring to do your installation of your floor. 10 out of 10.
Worked with Josh who was wonderful .. walked us through the process. We removed tile a one area has sanded and restained the entire first floor. Scheduling was done quickly and the work was completed on time. The floors are beautiful .. we are very pleased. Josh also follow up to be sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended. !!!
