That company ended up botching the job THREE times, each progressively worse. I reached back out to Joe, and he got me in quickly and did a fantastic job. He answered all my questions and eased all my concerns, and came back a few times to made adjustments to thresholds, etc. I called him again after an appliance technician damaged the kitchen floor, and he came by to evaluate and did a quick fix without expecting anything in return.”
