“Joe to the rescue! After buying my first home, I contacted multiple flooring companies for quotes, including Joe. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and confident in his work, and his price was on par with others. I stupidly ignored my gut though and hired another company. That company ended up botching the job THREE times, each progressively worse. I reached back out to Joe, and he got me in quickly and did a fantastic job. He answered all my questions and eased all my concerns, and came back a few times to made adjustments to thresholds, etc. I called him again after an appliance technician damaged the kitchen floor, and he came by to evaluate and did a quick fix without expecting anything in return.”
