“I made an appointment online and they were 45 minutes behind during my 1 hour lunch break. When I mentioned I was waiting too long, I have to say they jumped up to push me through and were extremely apologetic - everyone! Ended up loving my visit. “Bayside Family Eyecare is honestly the best place to go and get yourself some glasses. I have never had glasses nor did I know how to go about and shop/look for a pair. I was greeted by Caryn and she was so helpful. She helped me out with everything from selecting the best pair of frames and making any changes along the way. She was so helpful and made the process so amazing and at ease for me. I got my glasses today and she even helped with last min changes and adjustments to make sure I left happy with my glasses. So don't hesitate when shopping around and looking for glasses because this is definitely the only place you need to go to. I will definitely be returning for any future glasses. “We called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 pm the upcoming Saturday at 1 pm. We were called by the office that a 930 spot had opened up—?? I tool it!
Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified
We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!!
I enquired if i can be seen as well and monique said she will check also
This practice is a great option for a professional / clean / efficient experience.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous . This is a practice that i would recommend.
Dr. Napolitano took her time with my son — sensitive- AND my wife had a hair stuck in her eye- embedded deep — she REMOVED it gently and quickly - we paid a copay— well worth it!!!

I was not even a patient yet and she went above and beyond her call of duty to assist me with my eligibility, insofar as to work from home! Carol treated me like family, and I had not yet walked in their doors! Carol's zealousness is exceptional and truly appreciated. Dr. Derco himself is pleasant, friendly, and enjoys his work by going into detail as to the reasons for certain circumstances without hesitation; he listens very well.
