He was very communicative with regular onsite meetings, very clear around any changes or issues and while we were away he sent us daily updates with pictures on progress. His team were also kind, respectful and very helpful. They worked hard to preserve the historical elements of our home while modernizing everything to align with our style. Ralph has a meticulous sense of detail and ensures everything is done correctly the first time. These guys do beautiful work and we couldn't be happier.
