We used family home improvement recently and I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and communication from Jan and his entire team. They kept us updated every step of the way, communicated regularly and made us feel extremely comfortable and confident with them in our home. Highly recommend them for any home improvement needs.
After searching around for a bit, my husband and I engaged Family Home Improvement for consultation on the reconstruction of our porch and steps. We were very satisfied with the options presented and might I dare say beyond satisfied with the final outcome which further prompted us to engage Jan and his team immediately for another sizeable project. I would be remiss if I failed to mention the level of professionalism exemplified by the team throughout the entire process. I am a very satisfied customer. Kathy P.
