Ralph and team just finished five months of work in our Park Slope apartment which needed major renovations after 26 years. They redid our floors, kitchen, primary bedroom and bathroom (including walk-in shower!) and installed a new fireplace and new TVs. They thought of things before we did. They kept the place clean and followed all rules of our co-op. I cannot say enough good things about Ralph and his wonderful team - and how many people say that about their contractor?! Dancoby Construction did an absolutely incredible job renovating our entire home and they finished ON TIME! The owner, Ralph Abekassis, is open, transparent, fair and respectful. He was very communicative with regular onsite meetings, very clear around any changes or issues and while we were away he sent us daily updates with pictures on progress. His team were also kind, respectful and very helpful. They worked hard to preserve the historical elements of our home while modernizing everything to align with our style. This is the second time we have used Ralph and his team… They do an excellent job. Ralph and his team are very professional, superb communicators, and always made sure we had a very pleasant experience throughout our renovation. Their work is beautiful and we could not recommend enough!
