Absolutely extraordinary service! Marc knows SO MUCH about computers and the industry and he makes sure that you are not paying for the many, many scams out there that you think are legitimate. Using annual subscription for Microsoft Office? Don't! There is a free product out there that works as well that is free. Would never have known that without Marc. My computer was filled with stuff that Apple had attacked my computer with. Marc and his intern spent 4 hours stripping it off.
