“Had a graphics card that I damaged the HDMI port on, had trouble getting anyone local willing to fix it. They took it in, worked hard to source a replacement port (no replacement was available so they found a broken card online and got a donor HDMI port) took a few weeks but considering the circumstances more than reasonable. Recived calls about once a week updating me on the status and the price was fair for the repair. This type of repair work is not something to take for granted and I'm glad to have an option for electronics repair locally that doesn't require shipping and potential damage in the mail.
