“Technology and IT security are the last things a CEO wants to spend time worrying about, and ever since we started working with CMIT, tech and IT security HAVE BEEN the last things I need to worry about. CMIT is both proactive and responsive: we have regular updates from their expert staff, and problems are addressed immediately when they (rarely) come up. So thanks, Cheryl, Steve, and wonderful team, for letting us focus on our work while you keep things working!”
“Ryan was fantastic to work with. He immediately dug down to the bottom of the issue I was having with my laptop. We will be using him again in the future. He is very easy to talk to and his communication is thorough and prompt. I highly recommend!”
“JSI has been an outstanding partner for our IT needs. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly. From troubleshooting to system improvements, working with Nick, who is honest, straightforward, and efficient in resolving problems, and with Tom, whose networking insight and ability to explain complex information in simple terms has been invaluable, has been a real benefit.
Their technical expertise shows in every interaction, and they consistently deliver effective solutions. JSI takes the stress out of IT problems, and we’re grateful to have their team supporting our operations.”
