The owner Seth goes above and beyond answering any questions that you may have in a timely fashion as well as making sure everything was registered and the warranties were sent to me. We were having an indoor wasp problem and decided to call a local pest control company. I called four companies. Of the four, only one had a live person answering the phone. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and promised a specialist would come out to do an inspection within a day, which they did. They did a thorough work up – calling us on the phone during the walk-through (we were not there), relaying their findings promptly to the office. The office (Marc) called to discuss the issue and to problem solve with us. East End Pest Management went above and beyond, and totally exceeded my expectations. I have been using D&R pools since I bought my house in Westhampton 14 years ago. The pool needed everything a new liner , filter and heater. Dave , Laura,Steve and the whole team have been amazing to work with and after many fantastic years the pool always looks brand new and water is sparkling. If your looking for reliability, great service and peace of mind I personally recommend D&R pools. This is a summer house for me so having someone that gets back to you right away and handles everything is essential. They will always have my business.
