I would highly recommend Stevens heating and air conditioning. They are reliable, professional, and do beautiful work. The owner Seth goes above and beyond answering any questions that you may have in a timely fashion as well as making sure everything was registered and the warranties were sent to me. Love this company. You call and get an actual person every time, our heat went out on a Saturday they were there in 20 minutes. The man who fixed our burner was so helpful and kind.
We were having an indoor wasp problem and decided to call a local pest control company. I called four companies. Of the four, only one had a live person answering the phone. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and promised a specialist would come out to do an inspection within a day, which they did. They did a thorough work up – calling us on the phone during the walk-through (we were not there), relaying their findings promptly to the office. I have been using D&R pools since I bought my house in Westhampton 14 years ago. The pool needed everything a new liner , filter and heater. Dave , Laura,Steve and the whole team have been amazing to work with and after many fantastic years the pool always looks brand new and water is sparkling. If your looking for reliability, great service and peace of mind I personally recommend D&R pools. This is a summer house for me so having someone that gets back to you right away and handles everything is essential. They will always have my business.

They were very professional on the phone and explained their product to a Tee. The gentleman that showed up was very polite. Professional did a complete spraying of my yard, and so far.So good, I think I will keep my faith with them. I recommended them to my twi neighbors here in Patchogue and they came back the same day for my one neighbor and I expect to see them here next week.For my other neighbor and i'm sure they will be as happy as I am.
