“Bayside Family Eyecare is honestly the best place to go and get yourself some glasses. I have never had glasses nor did I know how to go about and shop/look for a pair. I was greeted by Caryn and she was so helpful. She helped me out with everything from selecting the best pair of frames and making any changes along the way. She was so helpful and made the process so amazing and at ease for me. I got my glasses today and she even helped with last min changes and adjustments to make sure I left happy with my glasses. So don't hesitate when shopping around and looking for glasses because this is definitely the only place you need to go to. I will definitely be returning for any future glasses. I never wore glasses and was nervous but they both have went above and beyond to put me at ease, get my vision to where it needs to be and find a great pair of glasses at a fair price. Front desk staff made sure insurance was painless as well. I recommended a few family members who now see them as well! You won't get better care anywhere else these days.“

Spoke with Drew over the phone first to see if he could fix them and after sending in some pictures of the broken glasses, he assured me he could fix them. Drew was pleasant and efficient in rendering services to me. He was also able to help with changing the prescription in my son’s glasses the same day.
