The shop has a charming shop cat that keeps customers company while they browse, adding to its welcoming atmosphere. The atmosphere is relaxed, avoiding corporate bureaucracy, making it a pleasant place to chat and take care of vision needs. ✨ I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Bill at Cohen’s Fashion Optical in Forest Hills, NY. Although I’m not currently a customer, I stopped by the store to ask for help with my glasses. Bill was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He repaired my glasses perfectly and gave me the attentive care I needed. Because of this excellent experience, I’ll gladly consider returning to Cohen’s when it’s time to purchase a new pair. Thank you, Bill!
