“One word… wow!I was completely blown away of how friendly, courteous both shop owner Cassandra and the team made me feel as soon as I walked in.I recently had SMP (scalp micro pigmentation) performed. Cassandra took her time to explain everything and provide valuable information of how the procedure works. She was also very patient and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. Cassandra made me feel at ease both prior to the session, during and after. I absolutely loved her approach during the session. She took a consultative approach where it was based on my comfort level and how I wanted the end result to look like.I absolutely love the results from the SMP session. My confidence has skyrocketed after the SMP procedure. I highly recommend Cassandra. It was an excellent experience throughout.“

“Recent first time customer speaking here. Paolo was professional, friendly, detailed, and thorough! After I explained my usual haircut, he even provided small recommendations based on my head shape and also asked if there was anything I didn't like / wanted to change midway through the cut. Was in the chair slightly longer than expected but again, it's because Paolo was being detail-oriented for a first time customer who also made small requests during the cut. I'm only bringing this up not as a complaint, but to testify that he (along with the rest of the barbers I'm sure) will take the time to make sure you're satisfied with your haircut as opposed to having you in and out as quickly as possible like other barbershops. Would've been nice to get an aftershave spray after such a fresh fade but great experience regardless.Spacious and clean shop with nice interior, will definitely be coming back!Bonus: they seemed to be dog-friendly or maybe they were the barbers' dogs but it was fun to watch pups living their best life while you're doing the same.“

“We are just visiting and were very happy with our experience by Mrs Patty. My husband who is from Trinidad and Tobago was so pleased with his new look that he didn't missed his regular Barber. She took her time. She applied some moisturizer so skin was still feeling like a baby the next day. She is very friendly and met one of her customers who comes all the way from Brooklyn. “My experience at Menz Cave for my child’s haircut was excellent. The salon had a relaxed and child-friendly atmosphere, they have games for boys of any age to feel like they are part of the crew. Avi always makes us feel welcome and is patient with my 4 year old who is not the easiest boy to give a haircut to. Phillipe cut my son’s hair this week and he was patient and skilled, managing to create a stylish haircut while engaging with my child in a friendly manner. All the barbers are great! They also have fun car chairs for young boys and tablets to distract the anxious ones. It’s definitely our favorite barber shop!“
