Based on the reviews, Brotherhood Barber Shop offers nice haircuts and a cool atmosphere. The shop is welcoming, and the price is good for the service. Barbers like Raj are amazing and give great cuts. Raj is also very helpful, making sure to assist a handicapped customer in and out of the chair, which shows a high level of care. Another barber, Rohit, is the best and has been professional for years, able to do any style or haircut perfectly. A customer also had a good experience with Zarif, who provided tapers and a good lineup. However, the shop has serious issues with organization and customer respect. There is no proper booking or appointment system, leading to very long wait times without any updates. One customer waited over two hours without being acknowledged. The haircuts can be mediocre, and some services feel rushed. A customer reported that a barber missed a spot and did not use a straight razor, which was a concern. The shop also blasts loud music with heavy bass, making the environment chaotic. While the value is good, the lack of professionalism and organization is a major problem.
Walked in heard about this place heard they do bread and hair 15 how ever I went to the first chair summit and he was very nice but after I noticed some spot he missed and he told me that too it's fine which it was not you could see little hair sticking out he did fix it and the only other thing is they do not do full haircuts they did not use straight razor like every haircut place and he said they don't have that but yet I saw it in the draw and he pushed it closed and said it's only for beards but okay price was good but was a rushed service
I’ve been to this barbershop a few times before for walk-in cuts, but this visit completely ruined any reason to come back. I walked in for a haircut and ended up sitting there for over two hours without a single barber acknowledging me or giving any indication of how long the wait would be. No updates, no estimates, nothing. That level of disregard for a customer’s time is unacceptable.
What makes it worse is the complete lack of professionalism and organization. There is no proper booking or appointment system unless you personally know one of the barbers. If you’re not a regular or don’t have a personal connection, you’re basically left sitting around...read full review
