“I had an amazing experience coming here to bring my sweet little angel here for her first official hair cut. My 14m was born with a full head of hair. I tried to trim it myself but found out that is not a skill for me. Heather was able to fix her hair cut and even helped me save some of her first locks. Heather was so sweet and caring and really took her time. We traveled in from long Island and it was well worth the trip. We probably are her youngest client to date. The salon itself was pretty, organized, layed out nicely, and clean. The staff was friendly and everyone loved my daughter's new fancy hairdo. “I recently came across this business when I was in the area. I was looking for a facial and Li Bin (I think she goes by Lily?) was able to accommodate me and my friend on a short notice. She is a small business owner and I love supporting small businesses. It was a little hard to find her shop but when you go to the 3rd floor in queens crossing, you can look for signs for suite 3F (long hall way) to her room which is all the way at the end. At first I was a little skeptical because trusting people with your face is not easy but I was willing to try it because I was in need of a refresh. She offered me a diamond facial for $125 which I think is worth it considering facial prices these days. My friend got a regular facial which was a bit cheaper. She did multiple treatments on my face including this machine that felt like it was extracting my pores leaving it baby soft, masks, blackhead/pimple extractions, a facial massage (I like that she does gua sha techniques), a head/scalp massage (good for blood flow) and some type of frequency machine (I think this kills the bacteria). Although she doesn't explain each step, I felt like she did a lot of different things which is worth the money. I've been to other spa places that don't do a lot but charge an arm and a leg (& barely touch your face besides using machines). At the end, she gave me a free hand cream too. She also didn't push any packages or try to convince me to come back which I really appreciate because some of these other businesses are too pushy with those things. She did try to convince me to buy a cream but I have too much skincare to purchase anything new right now. She didn't continue to push me after I said no though. Overall, I'm glad I came across her, I will probably come back and bring my mom too. My skin is glowing and feeling refreshed after her facial. Keep in mind, I think she works alone so when there's two people (max), it will take a little longer because she is only one person.“

“Narda has been doing my hair for so many years. Shes highly knowledgeable and isn’t one of those stylist that dyes your hair knowing the damage it will cause. My original color was somewhat of a copper tone with blonde. The pictures I uploaded is the outcome and I love it. She gave me a trim, and did not cut inches off. I left feeling like my hair was healthier. My recommendation is to call and book an appointment beforehand as that’s how she works best. Overall 10/10 service and she’s a sweetheart.“
