You converse with Owner Angie and receive expert advice based on descriptions of your favorite look, directions you wish to explore, and her suggestions based off your features. Style is agreed and cutting begins, washing a few times in between to prep parts of the hair just right (not entirely sure, but I appreciate the magic as it happens). She's efficient and by the time your senses sync with the graceful harmony of tools, you're caught by surprise by the individual smiling back at you from the mirror, like a dear old friend who's confidently had your back since day 1.

She, being a colorist among other things, took the time to explain why some colors would work and others, not so much. Went there today for a haircut and dye. I told her what I wanted and she delivered. Elena (sorry if I misspelled) did my hair from start to finish. I was there for a total of approximately 3 hours. They both made sure the color was even (and corrected when it wasn't) and what made it more special was that the color had different tones under various lighting. I was treated like a princess.
