Igor and Angela are both very friendly. Due to my job, I often come right around closing time and they are always accommodating. Igor has stayed late on multiple occasions for me, and I have nothing but respect for them both. The haircuts are always clean, even, and done in a timely fashion. The store itself is in a good location and easy to access from Union Turnpike. I highly recommend getting your hair cut here! Update: The shop is also compliant with many COVID-19 safety concerns- they are always wearing masks, and you can even keep your mask on while they cut your hair. Everything is cleaned extensively between customers.

I was returning to New York after having gone to school to nearby St. John's I was going back to the barber I used to go to when I attended the school, but when I got to the place it was closed and the chairs were gone. I went to the nearest place just a block away and found this place. The door was locked as well but the owner opened it explaining that it was by appointment only. He said he could squeeze me in between his appointments. He worked very quickly which was worrisome at first but when he was finished I was very happy with the result. I'm don't live in New York and usually have a hard time finding a barber where I live but I think this was the best barber I've ever had. Next time I'm in New York this will be my next go to place for a cut. Thank you for helping me look good for my graduation.
