28 Welcher Ave, Peekskill“We love this place and our son feels so safe. They are so understanding of him and make accommodations when needed. I tell everyone about them and how they meet him at his level. It was hard finding someone who would help especially with his Autism.“

2 Old Tomahawk St, Yorktown Heights“Wonderful teaching. The kids learn a little korean and a lot of respect ?. Bill Connolly does a wonderful job instructing, keeping the kids attention, and injecting a healthy amount of humor into his lessons. While watching, I saw my kids laugh, support other kids, and release their energy in bursts of playful shouts, blocks, and kicks. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to bring their child and dip their toes into martial arts.“

11 Main St, Mt Kisco“My daughter begged me for karate classes and I was so happy to learn Takahashi was a traditional dojo with a flexible schedule. I knew it was a great fit before my daughter even finished her test class. Sensei Takahashi and Sensei Lisa are both wonderful with the kids. They strike the right balance between firm boundaries and a lighthearted manner, ensuring the kids are staying on task while also having fun. Takahashi Dojo is a very welcoming environment and a great place to learn both the physical and mental elements of karate. Highly recommend.“

571 US-6, Mahopac“I'm a lifelong student of Sensei Adam's. I started when I was 5. I'm 25 now and his teachings, the friends I've made, and the incredible experience I was given to travel to Japan this past May, I just couldn't imagine my life without it. These martial arts teachings I've studied for 20 years now have shaped who I am today. I don't plan on ever stopping either! To the person reading, if you decide to come on the mat with us, you will have a truly authentic and even life-shaping experience in our dojo. You'll become a part of a close knit group of passionate people, who you'll learn so much from! I hope I see you on the mat!!

7 Lupi Ct, Mahopac“Chung Mas is a whole different level of amazing. It’s not only training and teaching your children martial arts, it’s teaching them respect, confidence, discipline, strength, friendships and gaining an entire taekwondo family. All the instructors are wonderful and so good with children on all levels. My children have been going to Chung Mas since kindergarten and now they are in high school and 5th grade.“

He really had a good time and formed a good community there. Grand Master is an excellent instructor and a good community overall and they get good exercise and lessons.“

“I am a Sensei myself. Recently I had the pleasure of teaching a seminar alongside Mitchell Sensei. All cards on the table, we have known each other for years now, but even so, I thought maybe I would include my comments that I sent to him privately:
“Just wanted to let you know that I think you’re a great instructor, not just a Sensei. Was listening to you as you taught beginners and advanced students during seminars. People at our level can cut just fine but not everyone can actually communicate how to cut to someone of lower rank and even fewer can tailor their advice to the person they are teaching. I consider you in the highest category”
Unsolicited. Sensei Noah Mitchell is my friend, but even among friends there exists professional…courtesy?..but also professional…review. Critique. Criticism.
So, from one “professional” to another, Noah Mitchell Sensei is not only my friend but is Sensei who will bring you to a higher level of swordsmanship. 10/10 highly recommend“
