Go No Sen Karate

I took a defense class today at the Cortlandt Senior Citizen Center today with Kyoshi, Sensei Tyler, and Sensei DJ and it was AMAZING! I would really like to learn more and found the class to be very professional and informative. I hope that Go No Sen Karate will continue to offer these types of classes in the future.

I've spent several years at Go No Sen training under Master Adam and my experience has been a journey of greatness and understanding peace within myself. I find this school to be family focused with great instruction for all students regardless of age. My journey to black belt has been a hard road but something I am proud of- special thanks to all the instructors as I have moved out of state but my memories will not be forgotten! MY GNS FAMILY!

I am recently retired and looking for a place to practice martial arts and found Go No Sen in Peekskill by accident. They made me feel welcome and took an immediate interest in me as an individual. I had gone to other martial arts schools and was not greeted in such a warm and respectful way as they did in Go No Sen.. They have been very supportive and patient and teaching me at a pace that works well for a person of my age and ability. They are a very nice group of people, conduct excellent classes, and make it fun. Very glad I joined their school..!
