Go No Sen has a great Children’s program ! From the Little Dragons right up to the senior belts ! Quality instruction and programs! The Tai Chi and Senior Fall Safe Programs are excellent too!
My son just finished up the 5 day spring break camp and had a great time. I was initially concerned because he needs a lot of support socially and when frustrated but the staff was skillful in managing him (and all the other kids!). He wasn’t perfect but they handled everything in a way where he learned skills and felt positive.
He came home daily and told me all about the fun Group games he played - which says a lot because he doesn’t usually talk about his day.
Extra special shout out to Assistant Instructor E and Assistant Instructor S - both young men show tremendous leadership and quickly became a favorite for my son.

I went to a self defense class last evening at Go No Sen and it was amazing. I learned so much. I feel a lot more confident now, should the occasion arise where I need to protect or defend myself. The instruction was invaluable. 5 stars all the way!!!
