If you are a beginner or seasoned, Fry's Karate in New Windsor is the place to train. Master Fry and his staff are encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. I was able to observe the children's classes and the children were not only learning but they were having fun. The owner and chief instructor, Master Fry shows patience and nurturing levels which are very productive in learning. To have instruction without an Ego type attitude is also a rare find and it's here. One of many conversations I have had with Master Fry sum up the entire atmosphere of his school— He told me "I am here to assist you in your training," and Master Fry does just that.“
