Comstock Residential Contracting LLC
“We hired Eric and Comstock to help build a new covered patio with a full kitchen and bathroom. The project required many decisions and Eric worked great with us in providing guidance on how to best utilize our space. He was responsive and thoughtful about ways to minimize costs throughout the project. Eric also has a lot of experience working with our town and managing the permit process. We love the finished product and everything turned out great. Would recommend Eric for your next project that requires creativity, customization and new build -- basically more than your run of the mill project, although I'm sure he would be happy to assist with those too!”
