When the major beams holding up my 100 year old house finally collapsed, I had to find a general contractor to fix the problem. I vetted about four other different companies, but only one showed up with a pretty good idea of what was needed to rectify the problems. Well, I picked a winner. That was Gustavo Lejano, Contracting. I chose this company because Mr Gustavo had the necessary package deal to get the job done right. He had knowledge of current industry codes, the diligence to show up on time, and the men that followed in the same qualities. We've worked with Gustavo on two projects and I would absolutely hire him again in the future.The most recent project was fairly large. We hired him as the general contractor to convert our unfinished attic space into two bedrooms and one bathroom. This involved demolishing a portion of the roof, framing a large dormer, and the entire interior, electrical, plumbing, insulation and all finishing. I trusted Gustavo throughout the process and could tell that he put great pride in his work and was always striving for quality.
