It was such a pleasure to work with Sensible Choice Contracting & Restoration Services. They are professional, skilled, and efficient, and their craftsmanship, excellent. From the front office to the people doing the restoration, they are a talented team. If we had to do it all over again, I would pick them again in a heartbeat. Kudos to Sensible Choice, a company that is very appropriately named!

Sensible choice was amazing. They came right away, removed everything after my fire, and started to rebuild immediately. They were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I have no complaints and I highly recommend them.

Ferris at sensible was remarkable. She made a stressful situation of a broken water heater tank much easier to handle. She was very available to calls and text and answered all my questions knowledgeabley . The men that came to handle the project were quick and efficient. I have no complaints. Awesome experience. Highly recommended.
