We had a fantastic experience with this Santiago Martos, which started with his initial visit to discuss the project: a full kitchen and basement remodel, plus some major plumbing work to replace aging black pipe. By that time, we had already gotten three estimates. While he was here, he asked questions that no previous contractor thought of, carefully went over the project parameters, and gave us a verbal estimate. The next day, he emailed a formal estimate, which was the basis of our contract.

Santiago Martos is an amazing contractor. He is very fair with his prices and does an amazing job of keeping the place clean. He renovated my kitchen and my bathroom and it looks amazing. I highly recommend!Services: Home repairs
We had damage due to flooding leakage from another floor. Martos gave good suggestions on how to repair and reconstruct the damaged area. The price quoted was very reasonable and the work started on time and was completed sooner than promised. As part of the project we had entire rooms of flooring replaced, several walls and the ceiling repainted and other work that we requested be done at the same time. It was all accomplished very well.
