I called based on someone else's recommendation. Jason picked up the phone and was kind enough to teach me how to trouble shoot without charging a thing. His suggestion was spot on and I did not need to call for their services. He was amazingly professional and generous with his time and knowledge. A Perfect Electrical is a professional team of expert electricians! A new electric panel was installed in a Co-op apartment built in the late1920's as well as lighting in the dining room. Louis , the owner came first to assess the situation, explained clearly and reassuringly what needed to be done and priced the work reasonably. Jason (his son) and Patricia ( in the Office) were very helpful following up with the company's insurance, additional information and scheduling. Emilio and Javier took care of the installations. Both were prompt, focused, knowledgeable and professional . They cleaned up after completion and I appreciated their help in labeling each switch/breaker....read full review
