“We had a fantastic experience with this Santiago Martos, which started with his initial visit to discuss the project: a full kitchen and basement remodel, plus some major plumbing work to replace aging black pipe. By that time, we had already gotten three estimates. While he was here, he asked questions that no previous contractor thought of, carefully went over the project parameters, and gave us a verbal estimate. The next day, he emailed a formal estimate, which was the basis of our contract.

When the job commenced, a full crew arrived and worked every day (even some Saturdays) until the job was completed, which took about a month. The crew was fantastic; great camaraderie and everyone had a good skill set. They did terrific work, and cleaned up at the end of each day.

When unexpected things happened---like, for example, when removing walls it was revealed that there was a plumbing line in the way that necessitated extra work---Santiago explained various options to us and went over pricing before proceeding.
