Called them up and scheduled quick and easy. Once they arrived, they walked us through the process and got straight to it. Both Chris were extremely professional and kind. Took approximately 20 min per unit and 20-30 for the outdoor units. If you look during their process, they are very thorough and diligent with their work. Both are classy dudes and very good at their craft. Will be working with them going forward on the annual, bi annual cleanings. Highly recommended. Thank you!“

“We used A-All to put in brand a new hvac system. The owner Robert came promptly to give an estimate which we found to be fair and reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. The crew was prompt and clean. When an issue arose following installation, we had a prompt response to fix the issue. Human error, and product issues will happen - having someone actually answer and promptly respond is seems to not exist these days. I highly recommend.“

“I had a great experience with Diego De Paz. He replaced my HVAC fan motor and fan, and the quality of his work really stood out. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my unit.

What I appreciated most was how thorough and careful he was. He didn’t just swap parts—he inspected everything, made sure all components were properly installed, and left the system running better than before. You can tell he takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners.

He also kept everything clean and organized while working, which is something a lot of people overlook. On top of that, he was honest about what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary.

“My old fuel oil company informed they were losing down at the end of November. I did some research and read that some of the big name suppliers had some negative reviews. I then came across Family Fuel and Heating i called and scheduled an appointment for them to come and inspect my system. I remembered i had an issue with one of the rooms not getting heat last winter. Rob the owner came over to do the inspection, I told him about the problem. He quickly diagnosed it, went to his service truck and replaced the needed parts and the problem was solved. He charged me what I feel was a fair price. “We’ve been happy customers for over two years and we only wish we had discovered them sooner. The previous company had misdiagnosed an issue that led to numerous costly breakdowns and repairs. We had heard good things about Proactive Home Services so we gave them a try and they were able to fix the problem (this time for good!) at an extremely reasonable rate. Because they were so friendly, professional, and affordable, we signed up for their maintenance program. Twice a year an extremely knowledgeable serviceman (big shout out to Ted!) will come run a diagnostics on our system. Even though we’ve come to know him, Proactive still sends us a picture of him before the appointment. We very much appreciate that level of safety. We haven’t had a single issue with our system in those two years, which is a huge departure of the previous few years. That being said, even though everything runs perfectly, we keep the maintenance checkup service because it’s so reasonably priced and provides a level of security knowing that any future issues will be resolved. We can’t say enough nice things about this company. They are always extremely responsive, setting up appointments is easy, and they are *GASP* always on time. They even confirm when they are near via text. We see them once in the fall, and once in the spring, and never in between because our system just works!“
