I called Perfecttemp Heating & Air Conditioning on a Saturday evening around 7:30 PM and got an immediate answer from Miguel. I explained that I had no heat and thought the thermostat was not working right. He said he could come to my home in Levittown within 30 to 60 minutes, and he arrived promptly. He quickly checked the thermostat, found the issue, and completed the heating repair without making it feel like a major problem. My heat was working again right away, and the service charge felt fair, especially for a weekend HVAC visit. The whole experience was honest, professional, and stress-free. i hired perfecttemp heating & air conditioning for a planned heater and humidifier replacement after they had previously come out for duct cleaning. they showed up right on time each visit. miguel explained the heater repair and replacement options clearly, gave me several practical choices, and never pushed me to buy more than i needed. i appreciated being treated with respect and not talked down to. the crew was very polite, careful, and professional, cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and paid attention to small details like making sure my fence was closed so my dog stayed safe. the heater installation looks neat, works much better than the old system, and the whole service experience felt smooth and well organized. i am very happy with the results.
Excellent service and very professional AC repair support. Our HVAC system stopped working during a stretch of cold weather in Levittown, and they got us on the schedule quickly. While we waited, they shared helpful troubleshooting tips to check a possible condensate drain issue that can cause the system to shut down. Miguel sent a text well before the estimated arrival time, showed up ready to diagnose the problem, and did a great job finding the issue. He repaired the system by replacing a faulty condensate pump and also cleaned and serviced the unit since it had not been maintained in a while. The customer service team was responsive, flexible with scheduling, and easy to work with. Pricing was fair and explained clearly upfront. I definitely recommend them for AC repair and HVAC service.
