The service was honest, the cost was far less, and the team explained the repair clearly. Another customer used them for furnace and HVAC service when an older unit stopped producing heat. The technician got it running again, took photos to show wear and aging panels, and walked through replacement options in simple terms. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and the new system heated much better. For an older gas furnace with a damaged heat exchanger, replacing the system made the most sense, and the new furnace and AC system was the best value. The crew worked smoothly, replaced a section of ductwork, and reviewed everything about operating the new system. The technicians were on time, polite, and wore shoe covers, and a supervisor followed up to check the repair. I’ve used Unified Heating & Air Conditioning whenever my furnace and HVAC system needed service. When my older unit stopped producing heat, Darrell came out the next day and got it running again by resetting a control board. Since I do not get up on rooftops anymore, he took several photos and showed me the wear, rust, and aging panels so I could clearly see the condition of the equipment.
