About Unified Heating & Air Conditioning
Unified Heating & Air Conditioning is a trustworthy company for heating and HVAC service. When a heater stopped working, another company gave high repair quotes and pushed a full system replacement, but Unified found it only needed a simple heater repair and finished in about 20 minutes. The service was honest, the cost was far less, and the team explained the repair clearly. Another customer used them for furnace and HVAC service when an older unit stopped producing heat. The technician got it running again, took photos to show wear and aging panels, and walked through replacement options in simple terms. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and the new system heated much better. For an older gas furnace with a damaged heat exchanger, replacing the system made the most sense, and the new furnace and AC system was the best value. The crew worked smoothly, replaced a section of ductwork, and reviewed everything about operating the new system. The technicians were on time, polite, and wore shoe covers, and a supervisor followed up to check the repair. One customer was very pregnant, and they fit her into a busy schedule as fast as possible. The AC installation was fast and efficient, and Joseph explained the thermostat settings and came over to her instead of making her get up. Another customer spoke with the service manager about a furnace installed by another contractor, and he called back quickly with helpful information after researching the issue and contacting the manufacturer.
This winter our furnace stopped working and was releasing unsafe natural gas while trying to run, so we shut the heating system down and spent the night without heat. My husband called Unified Heating & Air Conditioning the next morning, and they arrived within the hour in Meadow. Our large outdoor furnace has needed service again and again, and past repairs from another local company were expensive, stressful, and never seemed to last long. Joseph came out that morning and quickly found the furnace problem that had been overlooked for years. He was polite and respectful to me, my kids, and our dog, and he took time to explain the repair in simple terms. He even showed...read full review
Our old furnace and air conditioner had both stopped working within a short time, so we decided to upgrade to a new energy-efficient heat pump with a high-efficiency gas furnace for backup heat. The whole HVAC replacement process went very smoothly, from the estimate and proper system sizing by Joseph, to the office team handling the rebate paperwork and financing, and then the installation completed in just one day by Darrell and the crew. After the new AC and heating system was installed, the difference was clear right away. The previous setup had been undersized, but now the temperature stays much more even throughout the house, airflow is stronger, and the indoor air feels cleaner. The improved comfort, better air quality, and overall system performance have made a big difference. Great experience from start to finish with a professional and knowledgeable AC repair and installation team.
I want to recognize the team for a great experience with our new HVAC system. They gave us an excellent price on the new unit and coordinated smoothly with our solar setup and roof replacement work so everything stayed on track. Darrell and Joseph were very helpful, and the crew handled the HVAC install, adjustments, and service details with real care. During the roof inspection part of the project, Darrell personally checked in to make sure the heating and cooling work stayed on schedule and helped us avoid delays and extra stress. The whole team did quality work, communicated clearly, and showed real commitment to our home comfort, energy efficiency, and overall HVAC...read full review
