“Everything was tried and the pilot wouldn't stay lit. The tank will need to be replaced (which we already knew). We were hoping to buy a little time before replacing the heater. Not the fault of the plumber. He also gave estimates for other jobs we wanted to have done. He was very professional and courteous.“
