“Brought my pup here yesterday for the first time and I will be using them exclusively for pet grooming from now on!I found them online and booked the appointment through the website for just a couple days out- such an easy process! Brought my 7 year old Cockapoo in for her haircut, teeth cleaning and nail grinding yesterday and what a great experience! Leah at the front desk was so friendly and made me feel like my girl was in really good hands. Only an hour and a half later, I received a text that they were just about done and I could head over to pick her up.She came running out to greet me looking BEAUTIFUL, clean and so so so happy! Josh did her service and he was an absolute delight to speak with and assured me that my baby girl was so good and easy to work with. Her haircut was done exactly the way we like, she looked and smelled so clean and my pup seemed so happy and comfortable- which is really the most important thing!I couldn’t happier with this place and my husband and I are so excited that we found them! Will be exclusively bringing both our dogs here for any grooming needs going forward! I’m sure everyone is wonderful but Josh was so fantastic that I’ll be making sure to book with him every time! :)“

“The negative reviews on this site is definitely not indicative of the quality of care that is given to the dogs that go there. My dog has been going here for over a year and a half and the staff and all the dogs that are there are very friendly. If they note, aggressive dog behavior, they will not take them in. Rest assure that they are not out for money. They're out for safety. So if somebody is offended by that I'm glad because I do not want my dog around aggressive dogs. K9 RESORTS is absolutely wonderful. The staff is wonderful it is clean and I have use them five days a week for daycare and also boarding whenever I go on vacation. It is just too bad that whenever somebody reports a review it is almost always negative. So I give you guys an A+. Thank you for all you do for Lucy you are the best!!! MB“

“Robert came highly recommended from a friend and when we had an issue with our dog he made it a point to come the same day I reached out.I was so worried I might have to re-home my dog because he was so anxious with my baby, but Robert assured me I wouldn’t have to make that choice. He worked with my husband and myself to make sure we were solid with the training and also catered the training to our needs (walking with a stroller).“
“I am a dog walker and Trainer. A lot of my local clients us Two by Four. Today I dropped off one of my clients dogs and she couldn't wait to get of the car. As soon as she saw we turned down the street she started going crazy with excitement. I let her climb from the back to the front seat when inwas getting out .. just so she could get there quicker. I love that they need verbal consent and proof of ID to pick up dogs. Makes it such a safer place. I am able to pick up my clients dogs if the owner has okayed it with them and if I can show ID!!! “

“We have brought our Shiba here twice now (boarding for a week). Staff is great. Some are more knowledgeable about animals than others. But care and kindness is something that we have always seen (that is what matters most). They are also very professional. If there is a concern or request, they will assist you in a timely manner, and everything is noted. We had a few requests since our breed does not take well to other breeds, they were more than accommodating in giving him his own time away from the others, and allowing us to bring his own food (due to allergy) and bowls. One fixed issue we had the first time: our dog came back with kennel cough, we called them solely so they could inform the other pet owners...they surprised us with an email apologizing and asking for a copy of the vet bill(they paid for the whole thing!) Kennel cough is a normal thing (as per our vet), so don't get overly upset if this happens... we get colds on airplanes, yet we still fly! I do suggest bringing their own bowls (food and water) and making sure everything you bring is marked with their name.“

“My dog Xena had a severe case of pancreatitis and wouldn't eat for 2 days (mind you, she never rejects food). I brought her in for an ultrasound and turns out her pancreas was very inflamed.They hospitalized her for a few days with treatments of antibiotics and pain meds. After the 2nd day there she the staff told me she was regaining her appetite back. Day 3 she finished a whole meal and was able to be discharged. They had her continue a course of antibiotic and she was all back to normal. Amazing Staff and Doctors!“
