My puppy is turning 10 and they have been taking care of out 100lbs baby ever since he was a baby. They are always very sweet and caring to Bosch, always welcome him with pats and scratches. The vet is ALWAYS upfront about costs, so so surprise bills. They are honest and really care for the well-being of your animal. If you are looking for a veterinarian there are no better place! I would like to commend the staff at this veterinary hospital on how well they have taken care of my little havanese for the last 5 years since I have moved to their area . Dr Jay gottlieb has been the best at treating our little dog and making everything as comfortable as possible for her . The professionalism of him and his staff is absolutely the best , as well the cleanliness and there attention to every little detail . I would also like to mention that his ability to diagnose my dogs problems as a senior dog have been spot on . I can't say enough about the Doctors and Staff at Island Trees (Especially Dr. Gottlieb, Dr. Caren, Tracy, Theresa, Susan and Chan). I've been using them for over 17 years and they're simply the best around. They have always been there for us over the years, whether it be an office visit or advice over the phone, from Puppyhood thru Seniors, helping us with final arrangements and beyond. They have always been spot on accurate, caring, understanding, friendly and very fairly priced. I wouldn't trust our Loved ones with anyone else!
