been purchasing my guinea pigs here for years. the staff at the baldwin ny store was great! sadly the one in franklin square closed down. very happy with the health of the animals..the care and follow up..also!..the customer service was great!

Excellent help and advice today from Donna regarding my precious Zoey's diet. Helpful. knowledgeable, sincere, and compassionate, it's nice to know when employees really care. Thank You Donna for your help and suggestions this morning.

Very friendly staff. Always greeted at the door. Coming here for many years and I never had a bad experience. I have not tried their other services but I believe they offer veterinary service, grooming, training, feline adoption.
