“I am 84 years young and have had multiple groomers for multiple pets through the years. Some have been adequate and others not so much, then there is Paws on Fifth with Erica Castaldo heading the "pack". A more conscientious and caring pet advocate I have never experienced. Please notice what a difficult service this is, tending to so many animals and owners. There is a necessary level of noise and dog hair and driers on an on-going basis, yet they persevere and each pet is as important as the next. My Angle, Dandi and Fifi have all had the pleasure of this reliable service. To Erica and her crew, I am eternally grateful for all you do and the difference you make. “Best groomer (Starr) Ive ever gone to!! Did exactly what i asked when it came to the service and specifically haircut. He didn't even look like he wanted to leave when I went to go pick him up ?. He loved it there. She showed me around before I left him and he also doesn't like his paws clipped but for her it was no problem. She was extremely kind, very patient yet got him out within under 2 hours, very professional and treated my dog with love and respect! It’s hard to find a groomer who is good with cats, not just dogs, so as you can imagine, I was worried about what the experience would be like here.
