It’s such a positive, encouraging environment where she feels comfortable exploring her voice and trying new things. Her confidence has grown tremendously, and it’s wonderful to see her so excited about singing!
And Ms Marina is an outstanding piano instructor. She strikes the perfect balance between technique, theory, and creativity, and tailors the lesson to my daughter’s needs and learning style. Her progress has been remarkable, and it’s clear she feels supported and inspired.
I highly recommend to any family seeking skilled and thoughtful teachers!“

605 Pascack Rd, Township of Washington“Noteworthy Academy of Music teaches Music and Music Appreciation very well. From Grandchildren to Grandparents, Students run the spectrum as first timers to Cool Cats learning to get better at their Craft.
The Instructors are extremely talent and respect their students immensely. As one of the older students, I thoroughly enjoy my weekly time with my Instructor Patrick. He takes the time to explain things in a simplified manner and always has a great attitude.
The Staff is positive, professional and accommodating. They always have time for you.
I highly encouraged the older crowds, those born in the 1950s and 1960s to give Noteworthy a try. Feed your inner Rock Star.“

She had a fabulous teacher who knew exactly what music to give her to keep her engaged and interested. We also enjoyed the many piano recitals that From the Top arranged! And it was a pleasure working with Lisa Plasse, the owner of the studio.“

20 Bridge St, Nyack“I've always loved theatre and worked backstage in high school, which was a fun experience. I also wanted to try being on stage but felt too shy or not good enough. However, when I saw auditions open at my local community theater for my favorite play, Ragtime, I thought, why not? I work in Nyack and saw that Rivertown Music Studio did audition prep. I emailed Chris, and he agreed to help me prep for my audition once a week from October until the audition in January. He was amazing to work with - direct, kind, and helpful. I gained the confidence to try out for the first time, get a role, and join a wonderful cast and crew at County Players. It was an experience of a lifetime and who knew, I CAN sing! I went back to Chris to try out again, and due to Chris's help, my voice became stronger, and my technique improved. I didn't get a part this time, but was proud of my audition. I can't recommend Chris and Rivertown Music Studio enough. They are flexible, professional, and honest. Everything you need in a teacher.
I look forward to working with them again.“

190 Westwood Ave., Westwood“Fast forward 25 years after decades of in again/off again guitar lessons when I was younger. I started taking guitar lessons with Vinny in October 2024 and have loved the experience thus far. He’s made music theory finally click. And his teaching style works with the way I learn. My playing has most certainly improved in these past few months. Looking forward to where this all can take me.“

30 Lefferts Rd, Yonkers“Working with Regina has been…life changing (but not to be too dramatic). I’ve felt challenged and yet given the space to go at my own pace. She’s vivacious and something I love the most has been her adaptability. The true hallmark of a great teacher lies within the ability to fit the student’s mold and not ascribe one way of working, which she does in spades. Absolutely could not recommend Regina enough!“

16 Chestnut St, Emerson“My son has been taking piano lessons with Ms. Joy for about four years, and we couldn’t be happier. She is incredibly patient and thoughtful in how she paces each lesson — never overwhelming him, but always keeping him motivated and engaged. What I appreciate most is how she makes learning the piano enjoyable, so it never feels like a chore.
She also goes above and beyond to create meaningful experiences for her students. Twice a year, she organizes wonderful recitals where students can showcase their progress. She makes these events truly special by recognizing each child with named trophies, medals, or thoughtful gifts. On top of that, she encourages students to participate in auditions, which has given my son valuable opportunities to grow, take on new challenges, and significantly improve his skills.
We feel very lucky to have her as a teacher and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an inspiring and dedicated piano instructor.“

Kind, helpful staff & great shop for new gear and repairs!“

959 Lincoln Ave, Glen Rock“My 2 sons have taken lessons at Architekt Music since they first opened in Glen Rock, on various instruments with various instructors. They have always been happy with their teachers and have progressed beautifully. Architekt's admin team is a dream....no matter who I speak or email with, they are super responsive, accommodating, and kind. Both the Glen Rock and Butler studios are beautiful and I love going to see the end of semester shows at the Butler stage. Their prices are very reasonable and I appreciate that they don't require you to sign up for an ensemble class, unlike another local music franchise with the initials SoR. ;) I will never forget how seamlessly Architekt pivoted to virtual lessons at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. I was so grateful to them for quickly offering lessons via Zoom so that my sons could keep their routines during a very scary and uncertain time. Shout out to instructors Alex (guitar) and Janine (piano) for making such a great impact on my boys. I highly recommend Architekt Music!“

“My daughter has attended for several years, in the Music Therapy program. She started off non-verbal due to Autism but she would try to sing. They helped her find her voice through music! Now she talks a mile a minute and has graduated to learning the piano and drums! I cant thank Ms Molly and their amazing program enough! They have even helped us afford the tuition every year and the staff is just the BEST!! They have amazing concerts as well that exposes the children to different types of music.“
