She has always been most responsive to my issues, particularly when several years ago I was hit by a car and sustained extensive facial bruising. I’ve recommended Dr. Schadlow to friends and family members who’ve also been very happy with her care.“

I have his complete attention during our sessions (unlike other places where they showed me an exercise and sent me off). And best of all, he has fixed my shoulder issue! Many thanks to Dr. Kevin and all the super helpful staff at Physiologic!“

50 Clark St, Brooklyn“What a wonderful, caring, empowering office. My three children see Dr. Silverblatt and I cannot recommend this office and their wonderful team enough. The front desk staff is always there to answer your questions and accommodate any appointment while being super sweet and kind.
Dr. Silverblatt takes her time understanding both you and your child and not only provides a medical diagnosis but an empowering educational visit. She answers every question very thoroughly and always has a positive mindset in what would be best for your child.
I truly appreciate their care and feel super blessed for our family.“

37-12 Prince St Ste 8d, Queens“I have been seeing Dr. Liu for about 3yrs now. She is great, very attentive and very informative. Dr. Liu is a great PCP. She is knowledgeable and always provides me with the best care. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the waiting time is long. You usually wait for 30minutes to 1hr.“

475 Northern Blvd #11, Great Neck“I started using this place because of knee pain. My fifth visit will be today at the Baybridge location. This is on the second floor of a small shopping center, but there is an elevator to reach it. The space is clean and well-lit with large windows with a view of the water and Throgs Neck Bridge. This allows some diversion while using the machines. Patients do not have a dedicated staff member and one might encounter different people at visits. One staff member seems devoted to going around and cleaning the bed/tables and machines after use. The therapists are knowledgeable and explain things well. I have noticed improvement with the elimination of pain, but I have a ways to go with climbing steps. My sessions are one hour.“

430 E 59th St #2396, New York“I really like East River Medical Imaging. I was sent here for an ultrasound and arrived early expecting it to be packed. The wait was minimal as they greeted me upon arrival, checked me in, and had me wait at most 10 minutes before I was called in. The office was quiet and clean. The receptionist were lovely. The tech doing the ultrasound was straight to the point and had me in and out in no time. I now only go to East River's many locations for my imaging needs over every other imaging center in the city. It's always a great experience at all of their locations and they really do accommodate you if it's a rushed service that's required.“

560 Northern Blvd Suite 101, Great Neck“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 100 stars, I would! Let me tell you about the dream team: Dr. Li and her right-hand superstar Darwin. This was my first visit to Dr. Li’s office after being urgently referred to a uveitis specialist by my ophthalmologist—and I walked in feeling nervous, half-blind in my right eye, and full of questions. From the moment I stepped into the office, everything just clicked. Check-in? Easy as pie. Even though my interaction with the front desk was short (because the moment I walked in everything was already handled—just had to sign one quick form), I have to say: the women behind the desk were everything. Warm smiles, friendly vibes, and total competence. They were like the welcoming committee for this medical dream team—setting the tone with “you’re in good hands” energy before I even had the chance to sit down. Literally. I was just about to park myself in the waiting room when Darwin swooped in to bring me to the back. Now let’s talk about Darwin—this man is a GEM. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely listened as I explained my symptoms. He asked all the right questions, got what I like to call my “eye vitals,” and when I mentioned the pressure and near-complete vision loss in one eye, he didn’t skip a beat—he checked my eye pressure right away and went straight to consult with Dr. Li. He also made me laugh, which was much needed. Like, give this man a raise and a trophy. Enter Dr. Li—poised, brilliant, and an absolute boss in the best possible way. She walked in with such calm authority and compassion, I instantly felt at ease. She took her time, examined my eyes in every way imaginable, asked thorough questions, and didn’t rush a single moment. When it came time to make the call on whether to send me to a specialist or perform an emergency procedure right there—she trusted her instincts, chose to act, and walked me through every single step so I knew exactly what to expect. Her communication was top-tier and her hands? Steady and confident. The whole procedure? Seamless. I left that office feeling like I had just been taken care of by the Beyoncé and Jay-Z of ophthalmology. Seriously. I trusted them implicitly and still do. It’s rare—RARE—to feel so safe, heard, and cared for on a first visit, especially in a situation that could’ve been downright terrifying. If you’re considering Dr. Li’s office, stop thinking and GO. They’re efficient, compassionate, and make you feel like you’re more than just a chart number—they make you feel like you matter. Because you do. People may not always remember what you did, but they’ll always remember how you made them feel—and Dr. Li, Darwin, and even the fabulous front desk team made me feel seen, safe, and supported. That’s real healthcare. That’s the gold standard. ??“

22 W 48th St suite 705, New York“When I first started at Rockefeller Medical after my car accident, I wasn't sure what to expect. I remember being so scared to let the doctors even touch my neck and I refused to let them do their adjustments and acupuncture during the first couple of visits. Despite my initial apprehension, the doctors treated me with patience, kindness, and an extreme level of care. They listened to me when I was uncomfortable with treatment and encouraged me to try new things and listen to my body and the treatment it needed.
Halfway through my journey, I remember being in such intense pain throughout the day that I couldn’t even carry around my purse without feeling a sharp pain radiating throughout my neck. The team at Rockefeller Medical listened compassionately to my concerns and adjusted my treatment by introducing me to spinal decompression. Their attentiveness to care, professionalism, and compassion had a huge hand in my success today and why I feel pain-free months after my accident.
Thank you to the whole team at the Rockefeller Health Medical Center (Dr. Rob, Dr. Conte, Jeremy, Michelle, Rico, Jessie, Sam, and Hailey) for their attentiveness and commitment to professionalism. I can’t express how thankful I am to have come here!“
