“I refuse to give planned parenthood low stars because I understand their importance. But I will be honest. Got an IUD here after a different location couldn't get it in. This was the more experienced Dr. This was my 3rd IUD, I informed this DR that something was wrong and it had never hurt nearly this bad before. She told me that some woman just don't handle pain well. She kept going, though I told her I've had them before and this is wrong. I almost passed out, then suddenly it was done. My BP wouldn't regulate, they kept saying things about me not being a strong women, I left. Turns out she shoved the uid through the wall of my cervix and I had to have it surgically removed after a year of pain. Just posting this so maybe she'll consider listening to get patients. I understand you have more knowledge than I can imagine, but don't forget I live in this body. Hopefully you can work with your patients in the future instead of disregarding there needs.“

“Honestly one of the best Dentistries I ever been to in my this place is a KEY beneficial factor and needed in our community I had a tooth that has been troubling be for over a year … it stopped and I forgot about it and it came back with a vengeance and this was the only place in buffalo that was able to take care of me UB I left voicemails and calls never contacted back ECMC is booked scheduled me for August 14 … this tooth started effecting me to the point I couldn’t work to the of my abilities migraines jaw aches even ear aches this place really saved me everyone was very PROFESSIONAL nobody was nasty to me or rude the staff very pleasant and personable doctor Patty was my Superhero today I could tell my tooth was not going to be easy but she was very gentle professional and she didn’t get overwhelmed or annoyed and that meant everything to me she saved me more than she knows and Maryam was very gentle and pleasant a good vibes but even the staff up front were amazing too Great work Great Energy is always a plus it goes a long way and is needed but I’m 12 hours in and I feel great ready for work today I really want to keep this place as my permanent dentistry now lol“

“Dr Posner literally saved my life. I have ulcerative colitis and had a restriction at the base of my stomach with over acid production. I went in feeling terrible and afraid. I left with a partial gastrectomy and a new lease on life! He comforted me, calmed me, explained procedures to me( and my panicked parents), took care of me, and visited me twice in recovery after. His bed side manor is second to none. His entire nursing staff were absolutely amazing! Pre op, post op, recovery, and discharge. They treated me like friends and family. I was taken care of unbelievably well every second of the process. Being scared and waking up with 7 little cuts is worth it. I'm in A LOT of pain which is to be expected, but I don't regret it at all, they saved my life. Thank you.“

“My husband was the first in our family to start going here!! He sees Dr. Sean!! Doc as we call him has been absolutely amazing. My husband had a stroke and because it was workman's comp related, it was impossible to find or get into a doctor in a timely manner for his follow-ups and everything. We talked to Doc who my husband had already been seeing for years. And without hesitation he stepped up and took over my husband's follow-up care. The whole office is amazing. From the nurses to the receptionist. So I needed a new doctor and I opted for the PA Gabby, she is the most awesome ever. Caring, compassionate and really listens to you. Then my dad needed a new doctor so I immediately said I am getting you in with Doc. It is a drive for my dad who lives almost an hour away, but I knew Doc was who he needed. He is also kind, has a great bedside manner and compassionate. They all take the time to explain things to you in normal terms and not all the medical jargon. Would never go anywhere else!!!“

“It's not the place, it was the doctor whom I went to see, Dr. Jamie Streicher! (pronounced like Striker) After about 17 years I decided for health reasons to leave my awesome primary care provider to find a closer new one, and I have finally found a primary care provider that is just as awesome as my last one! Dr. Streicher is totally amazing and everyone in her staff is great, super nice even when I talk to much, lol! Dr. Streicher was very thorough and asked all of the helpful questions needed about my health history, which other doctors notes already on file. No pressure Dr. Jamie Streicher ? but you and your office staff are amazing, so don't prove me wrong now LOL!“

Yesterday I called for information and an appointment without realizing it was 3 minutes prior to closing. The receptionist that answered the phone was very pleasant and extremely helpful.
