Because of the experience and knowledge of my technician, he was able to lead me to where the problem was. It turned out to be a very simple solution that involved removing a small piece of pumice stone and opening up water jets but I never would have even known to look for something like that if he hadn’t talked to me and eliminated other possibilities.
