The poject manager from Paul Davis was at our home within an hour of our call to the insurance company. Once the PM came to our home and evaluated the problem we had service people arriving in less than an hour later with fans and dehumidifiers.
Our needs were assessed quickly and our concerns were heard and actioned. The Paul Davis staff eased our minds at a very stressful time. They did a great job with the remediation work and their service providers for restoration to our property were excellent.
We had such a great experience with Paul Davis that we ended up calling them first when we experienced another problem that needed remediation, 5 months later.
