I first brought in my puppy and they did an amazing job. Because of that experience, I decided to take a chance with my 6-year-old Yorkie, Cha Cha, who has always been very afraid and never tolerated grooming well. For years (especially since COVID), she just couldn’t get used to it.

This time was completely different. They took the time to guide me through everything, asked all the right questions, and truly tailored the service to her needs. The care and patience they showed made such a difference Cha Cha looked absolutely beautiful after her grooming, something I honestly never thought possible after all these years.
