I recently had a free evaluation at Overdrive Fitness with Teddy, and I was really impressed. He took the time to genuinely listen to my fitness goals and needs, and was incredibly understanding about my financial situation. There was absolutely no pressure to sign up, which I really appreciated. It's clear he cares about helping people, not just making a sale. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Teddy and his wife recently opened Overdrive Fitness about 2 years ago, and it shows! The gym itself is well-equipped and the group session prices seem very reasonable. It's also great that he and his wife are the trainers, so you know you're getting personalized attention. Plus, their friendly black lab rescue is a bonus! While I wasn't able to join at this time, I definitely plan to in the future. Highly recommend checking out Overdrive Fitness!

I had a great experience visiting Dr. Schwartz DDS office. Dr. Schwartz is very professional, knowledgeable and a kind and caring person. The hygienist is very professional , friendly and compassionate. The staff are very supportive and friendly. A real great team.

Probably the most underrated spot on the map. Got one of the best cuts I’ve gotten in years from Coby and I am extremely picky about my hair. It’s a father son duo (Abe & Coby) who really know how to cut hair - they take their time and get the details right and don’t rush you through the chair. I think they got some bad reviews a while back due to some extra help they hired that’s no longer there so I wouldn’t pay it any mind. Family spot where they know their craft and reasonably priced, glad I stumbled in here and will be a regular going forward.
Jodie is the absolute BEST when it comes to sports rehab! For years I’ve used Jodie to maintain my athleticism! At one point I was a high end CrossFit athlete, and no matter what, if I felt pain, Jodie would work her magic and release exactly what needed to be released. Recently I found my way back to her after 6 months of left knee pain. As a full-time group fitness instructor, and at the age of 50, my body has taken a beating! That said, one visit with Jodie and, OMG, SOOOOOOO MUCH better! I’m back in action! I just wish I made the time for her sooner! She’s gifted and is highly Intuitive and just knows what to do! She’s also a wonderful human! No need to suffer! Make your way over to Source Wellness and let Jodie work her magic! I recommend her to infinity and beyond! You’re THE BEST J❤️

Clean, great washers, decent prices, attendant on site. The larger washers charge an extra $0.65 for an extra rinse and wash whereas the medium washer charges an extra $0.50 for the same. I didn't use the smaller washers. The dryers give you 6 minutes for a quarter, but you don't need that much time since they dry extremely well. I would use 40+ mins to ensure total aridity at other laundromats, but here 25-30 mins does the job, of course depending on the weight and material of the item. Also, they have larger dryers to accommodate blankets.
Note: min credit/debit you can add to the card $10. So if you only need an extra 2 bucks go search the car.
This place is absolutely incredible! The karate and kickboxing workout challenges me every time - in the best way possible. I always leave drenched in sweat and feeling stronger. I’ve never experienced such an intense workout anywhere else. If you want to build strength and push your limits, this is the place to be!!!!

I was greeted immediately in a warm manner. Since it was quite awhile since my last visit it felt like my first. Overall, relaxing but I did not enjoy having to cram my feet in the tiny bucket during the initial soaking process.
