The staff clearly cares for pets as if they were their own, providing excellent care and communication. They are friendly, flexible, and accommodating, making sure pets have a wonderful time playing with their pals. The facility is clean, and staff responds promptly to concerns. Overall, Paw Pals is a wonderful pet care service, highly recommended for walks, daycare, and spa treatments. Many families, including those with nervous dogs, appreciate the love and care that Paw Pals provides.
Besides the folks at David's Bagles in West Nyack who have already won my personal award and endorsement of bring the friendliest staff in any establishment in Rockland County, this place has the friendliest team. They are just so sweet and the dogs love it and are learning.
Paw Pals has been the best thing for our dog. They take such good care of him and I have never seen him so excited to go somewhere ever. The staff is so kind and professional. There is no other place I would trust my dog with.
